Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative, you will act as the voice of our brand, delivering exceptional service to our Italian-speaking users. Your daily responsibilities will include: Customer Assistance: Answering client inquiries quickly and professionally through phone calls, emails, and live chat. Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving user issues, patiently guiding them through technical or account challenges. Data Management: Correctly logging customer interactions, feedback, and escalated tickets within our CRM software. Product Knowledge: Keeping up-to-date with our latest product offerings, services, and internal guidelines to give accurate answers. Quality Service: Meeting and exceeding personal key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining excellent satisfaction scores. What We Are Looking For Language Skills: Native or near-native mastery of Italian (written and spoken), alongside a professional command of English (minimum B2 level). Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening habits, and an empathetic, customer-first approach. Tech Savvy: Comfortably navigating several software platforms, communication apps, and CRM systems at the same time. Flexibility: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on a rotating shift schedule. Eligibility: You must hold a valid EU passport or possess the legal right to work full-time in Portugal. Compensation & Benefits We provide two distinct compensation options tailored to your living preferences: Package 1 (Without Accommodation): €1,340 gross per month if you prefer to arrange your own living situation. Package 2 (With Accommodation Provided): €1,060 gross per month if you opt for company housing. Relocation Support & Perks Flight Ticket Reimbursement: Have your initial travel costs fully covered when relocating to Lisbon. Accommodation Included: A private room in a shared company apartment is fully provided if you select Package 2. Utilities Covered: Water, electricity, and gas bills are entirely taken care of by the company under the housing package.
