Your Daily Duties In this role as an Italian Customer Care Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our brand, ensuring our Italian-speaking users receive premier support. Troubleshooting & Assistance: Pinpointing technical or account-related problems and guiding customers patiently through the necessary solutions. Who We Are Looking For Language Capabilities Italian: Flawless, native-level or near-native mastery (oral and written). English: Professional fluency (B2 level or higher) for internal corporate alignment.
