Job Description Are you a self-driven project manager with a passion for brand experience and activation? Do you enjoy turning concepts into impactful customer experiences? Then we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for a temporary Experience Activation Manager to join our newly formed Out-of-Home Experience Team within the Northern European marketing cluster. This role is a maternity cover for 12 months and offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of coffee experiences across the region. About the role As Experience Activation Manager, you will be responsible for activating new experience initiatives across the Nordics and the broader cluster. You’ll work closely with segment marketers in each country and act as the bridge between concept and execution. Key responsibilities Coordinate machines and equipment setup and experience across the Nordics Develop and roll out cross-sell non-food solutions (e.g. dispensers, furniture) across Northern Europe Activate new experience initiatives such as a Branded Enhanced GUI, in collaboration with local marketing teams Lead project management of introductions from A to Z, including handover to local teams Conduct market analysis to identify activation opportunities and insights Qualifications What you bring Ability to work independently; your manager is based in the Netherlands and contact is primarily via Teams Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver end-to-end initiatives Affinity with brand experience, customer-centric thinking, and physical activation Analytical mindset and curiosity to explore market opportunities Collaborative spirit and ability to work across countries and functions Fluent in English Additional Information What we offer A unique opportunity to contribute to a newly formed, cluster-wide marketing team Work with iconic brands such as L’OR, Gevalia, Friele and Douwe Egberts A dynamic and inspiring workplace in a new office in Copenhagen Ørestad with all facilities available, 3 different canteens, fitness rooms, massage treatments, bicycle repair, dry cleaning etc. A 12-month contract with a warm and welcoming team culture
