POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Auto Interior & Carpet Cleaning Specialist to perform deep cleaning services for both vehicles and residential/commercial carpets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in auto interior detailing, upholstery care, stain removal, and carpet cleaning using professional-grade equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in auto interior detailing and/or carpet cleaning (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Knowledge of stain removal techniques, upholstery care, and cleaning equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 40+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods.

• Perform auto interior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing, steam cleaning, stain removal, leather/vinyl care, and odor elimination.
• Conduct carpet and upholstery cleaning for residential and commercial clients using extraction machines and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
• Inspect work areas and vehicles before and after service to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Maintain and properly use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Educate customers on maintenance tips for carpets, upholstery, and vehicle interiors.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs while delivering 5-star customer service.
• Assist with inventory management, cleanliness, and organization of workspaces.
• Support cross-functional tasks within detailing and cleaning operations as needed.
