We are expanding with a newly built Experience Center, and we’re seeking a talented and motivated individual to serve as a Keyholder & Assistant Marketing Coordinator. This role blends operational leadership with marketing execution to create an engaging, immersive environment for our visitors.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Keyholder & Assistant Marketing Coordinator for our Experience Center, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, opening and closing the center, and supporting marketing strategies that promote our brand and enhance visitor engagement. You will work closely with the marketing and sales and operations teams to ensure the success of campaigns and on-site events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serve as the on-site lead, responsible for opening and closing the Experience Center.
· Ensure the center is visitor-ready and maintain a welcoming environment.
· Help implement marketing campaigns to promote the Experience Center.
· Coordinate and set up events and promotions to increase foot traffic and brand visibility.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content.
· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve results.
· Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, vendors, and media outlets.
· Provide insights and recommendations on improving customer experience based on feedback and data analysis.
