Overview:
We are looking for a talented and engaging individual with a penchant for storytelling and passion for design. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with leaders in the design industry to help them shape their vision for the projects they work on.
Responsibilities:
- Design and host the customer tours of the Experience Center, ensuring a world class experience to drive, influence and generate sales.
- Responsible for the customer journey from the booking experience through to create inspiration through world class experiences to highlight the value of lighting controls (lighting & shading).
- Plan and coordinate with Sales teams, customers, and vendors successful world class events.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to best optimize and maximize the use of the space.
- Attend tradeshows and work with associations to drive traffic to the center.
- Gain market feedback and communicate that to corporate, product and marketing teams.
- Drive utilisation of the Experience Center to reach maximum functionality and evolving it to showcase the current Lutron product set.
- Ensuring that the Experience Centre has all the right resources, tools, and processes in place to allow the sales team to deliver sales target.
- Ensure a healthy and safe environment for all our visitors.
- Educate and raise awareness of Lutron’s full product offering with customers and internal colleagues.
- Work with colleagues to prepare and present customer training and awareness, i.e. CPD’s, etc.
- Proactively initiate and execute new strategies to enable market growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lighting control, architectural design, lighting design, interior design, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in business-to-business (B2B) sales, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and colleagues
- A bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not required.
- Strong desire to work as part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of an ambitious company.
- Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail.
- Additional proficiency in European Languages is advantageous.
- This role requires onsite presence Monday to Friday.
