A bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field preferred, or four years of relevant office experience (or a combination of both). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage comfortably with others. Comfortable shifting between structured tasks and unplanned needs throughout the day. Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail. Ability to remain positive, flexible, and adaptable while managing multiple schedules, software platforms, and communication channels. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently while staying connected to team needs and shifting priorities. Takes ownership of daily responsibilities and approaches routine work with consistency, reliability, and attention to detail. Availability to be present in the office to support daily in-office needs. Must be a team player eager to learn about the day-to-day of working in a design firm. Day travel may be required. A day in the life of an Experience Coordinator. Collaborate daily with fellow Experience Coordinators to share updates, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless office operations. Coordinate and sync multiple calendars to ensure smooth scheduling, while remaining agile and responsive to last-minute changes. Provide administrative support to team members and run errands as needed. Actively look for opportunities to add value throughout the day, whether through small improvements, additional support, or anticipating team needs. Keeps momentum during quieter periods by organizing, planning ahead, or assisting others as needed. Manage and maintain your local office, making sure supplies are stocked, and ensuring conference rooms and kitchen areas are tidy. Organize activities and events that enhance office culture and employee experience. Strategically plan and support firm events, including annual gatherings, happy hours, staff meetings, and other internal initiatives Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, clients, and community members in person, by phone, and email.
