Position Overview The Client Experience & Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing the company’s borrower gifting program, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience on behalf of our Loan Officers. This role plays a key part in strengthening client relationships through timely, organized, and personalized gift fulfillment, while maintaining operational excellence across inventory, logistics, and internal support functions. Responsibilities and Duties: Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities for growth. Generate leads and support sales efforts through outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services. Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s services. Qualifications and Skills: Generate and manage a weekly gifting list from Encompass, ensuring accuracy and completeness Organize and prioritize fulfillment based on timelines, borrower milestones, and Loan Officer requests Prepare and assemble gift packages, ensuring quality and consistency Create and include personalized letters aligned with company messaging and branding Prepare and print shipping labels; coordinate packaging for efficient delivery Schedule and manage USPS pickups and ensure timely shipment of all packages Inventory & Organization Maintain full organization of all company gifting inventory and shared service materials Track inventory levels and proactively communicate restocking needs Receive, organize, and store incoming shipments designated for Shared Services Ensure all materials are stored in a clean, accessible, and efficient system Returns & Problem Resolution Monitor and manage returned packages Research and resolve delivery issues (incorrect addresses, delays, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to ensure successful delivery outcomes Proactively identify patterns/issues and recommend improvements Internal Coordination Act as a support function for Loan Officers and internal teams regarding gifting requests Ensure all requests are executed accurately and on time Assist in improving processes to increase efficiency and scalability of Shared Services Benefits: Competitive compensation reliant on ability and experience 401K with robust company match The opportunity to work for the Midwest’s fastest growing lender We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
