Your role:

• Greet and welcome our patients
• Manage the appointment book
• Chat confidently with our patients about dental work if needed
• Use Dental software program
• Submit insurance claims and process payments
• Opening and closing of the clinic
• Be familiar with marketing and social media
• Provide our patients with excellent service
• Follow up patients for recalls and incomplete treatments
• Have a positive attitude to our patients dental care
• Be flexible and willing to do jobs in the practice that you see are required

Experience:

• 1 year (preferred)
• Can assist with and has knowledge on implant surgeries.
• Basic knowledge on using D4W program (preferred)
