Experience Design Engineer Description - Responsibilities 1.Business Support Take charge of designing core company projects, including product design planning, interface design, and continuous optimization. Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs in business scenarios. Deeply understand business goals and user needs to create solutions that deliver both user value and commercial success. 2.Team Design Capability Development Mentor junior designers within the team to produce high-quality outputs, supporting their growth in skills, thinking, and professional abilities. Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the team's overall design standards. Drive design standardization, such as establishing design systems and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and maintain consistency. 3.Business Impact Influence design decisions at the product level, participate in product planning, and provide a design perspective for business growth. Stay updated on industry trends, introducing emerging technologies and design methods (e.g., AI design tools, emotional design) to the team. Qualifications 1.Design Expertise Proficient in user experience (UX) design methods, interaction design, and interface design. 7-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing (C-end) products, delivering end-to-end solutions from concept to high-fidelity prototypes. Experience in unifying brand visual languages within projects. Experience in multinational companies or international projects is preferred, with an understanding of corporate culture and cross-cultural teamwork. 2.Tools Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and motion design tools such as After Effects and Lottie. 3.Data and Research Skills Ability to refine designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and testing outcomes. Competence in user research methods, including conducting interviews and usability testing. 4.Leadership and Influence Experience mentoring and developing designers, driving continuous improvement in team expertise. Strong ability to build relationships within and beyond the team, advocating for design’s importance and influence within the organization. 5.Communication and Collaboration Exceptional cross-team communication skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders and building consensus. Fluent in English for project presentations and discussions. 6.Design Systems and Standards Experience in building or optimizing design systems and advancing the implementation of design guidelines. 7.Innovation and Sensitivity Keen awareness of design trends, including AI-generated designs, emotional design, and Web 3.0. Ability to foster innovation within the team. Preferred Qualifications •Experience with micro-interaction design. •In-depth knowledge of AI in design.•Skilled in diverse visual styles. •Proficiency with tools like C4D, After Effects, and Blender. •Experience in international product design, with familiarity with visual preferences and design standards across different cultural contexts.
