HOURS: Full-Time

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The services and propositions we design are integral to our customers’ lives, and this role focuses on their entire experience – at every life stage, across all touchpoints. You’ll lead designs through every stage of the process, from concept through to production. It’s an amazing opportunity to shape the way we engage and build relationships with our customers, supporting them over time and getting them to the right solutions for their evolving needs.
You’ll lead on design in one of our platforms, so we’re looking for someone who can inspire and lead designers and researchers to be creative and ensure customers are at the heart of our thinking. and experience who thinks critically, builds strong relationships, and will coach and develop a growing Design team of 20-30 people.
You and your team will shape and deliver customer experiences working with data analysts, behavioural scientists and other specialist roles. You’ll be responsible for strategy formation, concept development, and design delivery, partnering with product owners, business analysts, engineers and senior leaders to see ideas through to implementation.
