As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Operations team, you will leverage your advanced knowledge of experience design principles to create innovative, inclusive, and accessible solutions for a diverse range of users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals, driving continuous improvement and strategic thinking in our offerings. Job responsibilities Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to enhance navigation and user satisfaction Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform information into valuable insights Collaborate with teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback to improve user experience Assist in analyzing market trends, user research, and behavior to inform design and strategy Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Three years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to digital products and services Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels Experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for decision-making Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a large corporate environment Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience designing solutions for internal tools or expert users Experience in an Agile environment and collaboration with product, technology, and data partners JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
