TEDAVI Studio is a department embedded within EVERSANA INTOUCH that services its affiliates. As collaborators and digital experts, we use cutting-edge, tech-enabled creative platforms and design methodologies coupled with latest development best-practices to get brands to market faster and more efficiently. Our approach is designed to help brands focus on upstream strategic initiatives, generate content at-scale and optimize in-market assets more readily. We embrace new challenges, are meticulous in our work, thrive in ambiguity, and are ambidextrous in our talent. Experience Design is one of three practices that make up TEDAVI Studio. The responsibility of a practitioner within the Experience Design practice is to be proficient in various aspects of design that intersect with disciplines closely related to our area of expertise. This includes interaction design (IxD), visual design (VxD), user and customer experience (UX and CX), front-end development (FED), and both assistive and automated creative technology (AI). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Design Solution Development: Generate, evaluate, refine, and iterate medium complexity design solutions, with a strong grasp of key design principles (interaction design, a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy). Trend Awareness and Integration: Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, integrating them into strategic, user-focused designs that align with project goals and timelines. Autonomy and Time Management: Demonstrate autonomy through effective time management and organizational skills, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative team efforts. Teamwork and Feedback Integration: Collaborate closely with brand and UX team members, integrate feedback, and ensure design excellence, clarity, and user-centric focus. Technical Proficiency and Collaboration: Confidently navigate a variety of development platforms, partnering closely with front-end developers to ensure design performance across different devices and frameworks. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. All other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience as an interaction (IxD), UI (VxD), or UX designer required. Proficiency in current design and prototyping tools (Sketch, XD, Figma) and ability to learn new ones as projects require. Strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Driven by user-centered and design thinking methodologies and fluent in best practices for usability and accessibility.
