- Work end to end — from identifying problems to delivering complete solutions — moving quickly and adapting as needed.
- Turn business, customer, and experience goals into clear design solutions that balance user needs and constraints.
- Build high-quality solutions that consider product, design, and engineering needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create thoughtful product experiences and stay aligned through the process.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes using modern tools, and explore AI to improve your work.
What you will bring:
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in interaction, product, or UX design.
- Experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences, including user flows and prototypes, with a strong focus on usability and clarity
- Demonstrated ability to shape content within product experiences (e.g., information architecture, messaging, or UX writing) to improve comprehension and outcomes
- Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and driving alignment through a clear, well-articulated point of view
- Ability to use research and data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across product, engineering, and research partners
