Our HR Innovation & Experience team is seeking an Experience Generalist to support a variety of recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives that help attract top talent to UPMC. In this role, you’ll assist with digital advertising efforts, manage job seeker-facing content, help inform various candidate touchpoints, update employer brand pages, and contribute to various marketing strategies. Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment marketing while helping to elevate UPMC’s employer brand.
