As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a welcoming salon environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, and coloring techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, with an emphasis on upselling products.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• A valid cosmetology license is required.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new techniques are essential.

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
• Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
