We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for every client.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
• Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an emphasis on upselling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for hair styling and an eagerness to learn new techniques.

• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
