EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an EM Supervising Associate, you will be responsible for supporting deployment; development; and capacity management of the Consulting client-serving professionals. You will be responsible for reporting requirements in order to effectively deploy client-serving professionals and provide them with meaningful career experiences. You’ll receive regular supervision on a day-to-day basis to set appropriate priorities.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Experience staffing consulting roles/professionals
• Advanced PowerBI and Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficient in other Microsoft applications
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
• English language skills - very strong written and verbal communication
• French language skills a plus
• Proven client service focus, with an ability to resolve issues quickly, with a sense of urgency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities
• Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Confident at working independently and a self-starter
• Adept at handling multiple tasks, with strong organizational skills
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in a professional services firm desirable
