Job Description We’re looking for an Experience Manager who can help our Hosts shape world-class guest experiences every day, by: Leading and supporting our team through coaching, motivation and embodying our culture Championing the guest experience and ensure every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories. Keeping the operation running smoothly - coordinating rosters, scheduling, budgeting and day-to-day planning. Supporting performance goals, helping implement plans and monitoring key results. Bringing events to life by coordinating with partners to ensure seamless delivery Our ideal candidate will be hands-on in their approach, thrive in dynamic environments and have experience leading and coaching people .
