ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and creative team member to help us elevate our customer experience and brand presence. As our Customer Experience & Media Relations Coordinator, you’ll be the frontline voice for our clients and the behind-the-scenes organizer of our marketing, media, and customer communication efforts. This is a hybrid role combining entry-level sales support, customer care, and marketing/media tasks , perfect for someone ready to dive into a fast-paced business and build a solid foundation in the industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, and online.
  • Manage and improve the customer journey, from initial inquiry to post-installation follow-up.
  • Create and schedule social media posts, promotions, and updates in collaboration with ownership.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and messages across Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of quotes, product information, and marketing materials.
  • Represent the brand at occasional community events, trade shows, or marketing pop-ups.
