We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee dealership accounting and administrative functions while supporting a positive and compliant work environment. Position Summary The Office Manager is responsible for managing dealership financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting, administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee all dealership accounting functions, including: Accounts payable, receivable, titles Deal postings, schedules, and reconciliations Month-end and year-end closings Hires, trains and supervise and support office/accounting staff. Ensure compliance with manufacturer, state, and federal requirements. Provides a timely daily operating control (DOC). Prepare financial reports and assist with audits as required. Reconciles select accounts monthly. Ensures compliance with all government regulations. Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements Previous automotive dealership office management experience required. Strong knowledge of dealership accounting processes and controls. Experience with DMS systems (CDK preferred). Excellent organizational and leadership skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
