EXPERIENCED RECEPTIONIST
Physical Balance is an award-winning health and wellbeing clinic offering over 30 treatments, plus a boutique Reformer Pilates studio based in Daneshill, Basingstoke.
The business has experienced consecutive growth over the past few years and houses a busy team of over 30 practitioners and 8 studio team trainers, who together with our reception team welcome over a thousand clients a month.
We are seeking a new part time receptionist to fulfil our Saturday opening hours and some late afternoon/early evening shifts during the week.
The right candidate must be able to work alone as well as part of a small reception team. Be confident and calm under pressure, demonstrate professionalism and integrity and demonstrate IT literacy and have the energy and passion to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey. We are looking for an individual who will share our brand values and has the ambition to support and be part of the clinic’s growth and success in the future.

Provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all patients and clients, representing our brand and culture.
Responsibility for our busy reception
Core duties include
Ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times.
Checking in clients.
Taking incoming calls.
Processing client transactions and taking payments within clinic.
Arranging follow up appointments on our booking systems both in person and by telephone.
Making any necessary calls to clients ahead of their appointments for any outstanding new patient / pre-screen forms.
Supporting our practitioners in making sure their day runs as smoothly as possible.
Ensuring client information is always kept up to date and confidential.
Dealing with both clinic and Studio client queries, ensuring they are completed and in a timely manner.
Diary optimisation administration.
Responding to emails and web enquiries for both the clinic and The Studio.
Maximise all opportunities for sale.
Promoting reviews and newsletter sign-ups.
Capturing and communicating client feedback.
General administration, assisting the Practice Manager with ad hoc projects.
