Responsibilities
  • Sell, Sell, Sell: Take ownership of ticket sales by proactively approaching passersby, promoting IKONO, and converting interest into purchases.
  • Target-Driven Results: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by applying persuasive techniques and maintaining a high level of energy.
    -Street Presence: Actively represent IKONO outdoors, drawing in foot traffic with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Engage Visitors: Create excitement about the IKONO experience by delivering engaging, memorable pitches to guests in person.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Assist visitors with inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a warm, approachable demeanor at all times.
    -Optimize Flow: Efficiently manage visitor flow, ensuring smooth entry and minimal wait times while encouraging impulse purchases.
    -Handle Transactions: Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently to facilitate a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Collaborate & Support: Work closely with team members to create a seamless and engaging customer journey.
