Our Services Desk is the heart of HOEM, the first point of contact for our residents. We answer questions, offer support, and create positive first impressions, ensuring every resident and guest feels at home. We’re seeking friendly, outgoing individuals who love connecting with students. The ideal candidate will excel in casual conversations, provide helpful resources, and foster a sense of community. Success in this role will be demonstrated by:
Hours of Work: This position will be full-time, working 37.5 hrs per week.
Monday – Friday, 4pm – midnight
Move-In & Move-out Days: Move-in and move-out periods may require additional hours or a different shift than your typical assigned shift. You will receive at least 2 weeks’ notice for your assigned work hours for these days. Our turnover periods are end of April/beginning of May, and middle to end of August.
Away Date Blackout Periods: Due to the cyclical nature of our work, there are specific periods that no absences will be permitted during our turnover periods. You’ll be notified in advance for the blackout periods for the upcoming cycle.
All successful candidates must pass a Police Criminal Records Check.
