As the first point of contact for many patients and visitors, you'll play an important role in ensuring each interaction is friendly, efficient, and supportive. Responsibilities Welcome patients and visitors while providing outstanding customer service Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and registration processes Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members Help patients complete forms and navigate insurance and payment processes Provide information about services, appointments, and clinic procedures Keep patients and families informed about wait times and scheduling updates Maintain accurate patient information and documentation within electronic records systems Address routine questions and concerns while escalating complex issues when needed Protect patient privacy and support compliance with confidentiality standards Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Previous customer service experience in hospital or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

The Experience Specialist serves as the first point of contact, managing patient check-in, registration, and general inquiries. They ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining accurate electronic records and coordinating clinic procedures.
