This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced 3rd Line IT Service Desk Engineer located in Glasgow, with flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for day-to-day 3rd line support tasks. Your role will involve providing general technical support, monitoring network performance, and ensuring high levels of network availability and security. You will require to partake in the company’s on-call support rota to provide ‘out of hours’ support in the maintenance of critical client systems. An element of out of hours work will be required with options for overtime work on specific projects to be completed out of hours.
