QUALIFICATIONS

  • Provide remote and telephone support for client networks and applications.
  • Provide on-site support for client networks and applications (negotiable depending on location).
  • Partake in the company’s on-call support rota to provide ‘out of hours’ support in the maintenance of critical client systems.
  • An element of out of hours work will be required with options for overtime work on specific projects to be completed out of hours.
  • 2nd/ 3rd line support and projects for Enlinea customers.
  • Assist on improving internal technical processes and internal systems.
  • Strong experience in network engineering, including configuring and maintaining network devices is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Fortinet products, such as FortiGate firewalls, FortiSwitch switches, and FortiAP access points is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security principles.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices and experience in working with service level agreements (SLAs);
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure, CCNP, FCNSP, or NSE4 are highly desired.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience of Microsoft 365 / RMM / MSP technologies are highly desired.

Responsibilities
