The Fairview Boutique Hotel, centrally located in the heart of Killarney, is currently recruiting an Accommodation/Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers daytime hours, ideal for someone seeking a well-balanced work schedule in a professional hospitality setting.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual with experience in the hospitality sector, who takes pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and quality standards in a 4-star hotel environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Previous experience in housekeeping or accommodation roles is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to lead a team and work independently when needed
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel environment is a distinct advantage

• Supervise the cleaning and servicing of hotel rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to a consistent and high standard
• Monitor cleanliness across guest rooms, public spaces, and storage areas
• Conduct inventory checks of linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment
• Report any maintenance issues promptly
• Support and guide the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management
