? Location: Central Netherlands (field-based, flexible) - Ideally Almere/Amersfoort/Arnhem area. Driving growth in cardiac innovation In Electrophysiology (EP), we bring cutting-edge solutions that help physicians diagnose and treat complex arrhythmias - directly improving outcomes for patients. We are now looking for an (experienced) Account Manager that has experience with EP to join our growing team in the Netherlands. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a strategic region and partner with leading hospitals and clinicians to drive adoption of our EP portfolio. You will join a team of ten colleagues, led by Bert, Sales Manager EP, known for its strong collaboration, technical expertise, and focus on customer success. At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales in MedTech/pharma. In-depth EP expertise is considered a strong plus - and if you have this, less commercial experience is acceptable. Proven success in consultative or solution-based selling, ideally in a hospital setting Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and drive for results Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory) Willingness to travel regularly within your region
