WE ARE HIRING: EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a well-experienced Accountant who has the following attributes. You must also be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be responsible. You must be willing to work in a team environment.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (plus superannuation)

THE ROLES;

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

• Develop and oversee budgeting and accounting policies to support financial planning.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations by managing tax lodgements and reporting.
• Conduct financial audits and investigations, providing advice on taxation and business transactions.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems to optimize workflow and reporting accuracy.
• Perform reconciliations for key accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial integrity.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

• Bachelor qualifications in accounting, financial management or business management.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, record-keeping requirements and liaising on financial matters in an organisation.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, and build strong professional relationships across all levels of the organisation.
