We are seeking a experienced typist with in-depth knowledge of various UAE government portals. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in processing government transactions, managing client files, and coordinating with both clients and internal staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience working with UAE government portals.
  • Strong typing and document handling skills.
  • Ability to lead and administrate both typists and client service responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
  • Well-organized, self-driven, and a fast learner.

Responsibilities
  • Handle and process applications across major UAE Government platforms, including:

MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Economic, DHA, ICP, RTA, FTA, and others.

  • Provide accurate and efficient data entry and typing support for all documentation and service requests.
  • Communicate with clients for document collection, updates, and status follow-ups.
  • Administer and guide junior typists on daily operations and service standards.
  • Manage client profiles and service history within our internal CRM system.
  • Ensure timely submission and approval of government applications.
  • Maintain service quality and client satisfaction by following up on cases.
  • Report to management and assist in organizing workflow and task delegation.
