OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the efficiency of the logistics and transport functions. The role requires a strong sense of accountability, the ability to complete tasks on time, and initiative in identifying and solving problems as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
  • Assist with logistics and transport-related tasks, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination of deliveries and pickups.
  • Track and maintain records of transport and logistics operations, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with office management tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently within set deadlines.
  • Take initiative to identify and resolve issues, offering solutions to improve administrative processes.
  • Support other team members in day-to-day activities to ensure overall team effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on logistics or transport preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and transport operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
