Description Light's Welding, a division of GSM Industrial, is seeking an experienced Millwright or Millwright Foreman to join our growing team in Annville, PA. If you've built your career installing, maintaining and troubleshooting conveyors, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, screw conveyors, structural steel, and processing equipment in feed mills, grain facilities, flour mills, fertilizer plants, or similar industrial environments, we'd like to talk. Crew lead and foreman candidates are especially encouraged to apply. This position is designated as safety-sensitive and includes operating vehicles, forklifts, aerial lifts, welding equipment, power tools, and working around industrial machinery. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments Foreman or crew leadership experience is a plus At GSM we care about our employees. Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot conveyors, elevators, and processing equipment in agricultural and industrial facilities. Lead crews and ensure all work is performed safely in compliance with company standards.
