Duties & Responsibilities: Lincoln International is seeking Analysts to be an integral part of our rapidly growing Valuations practice. We are looking for candidates with strong cognitive and interpersonal abilities who are motivated to work in a world leading valuations practice on an investment banking platform. An Analyst position with Lincoln International provides an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals to accelerate their professional and personal development, and to become an expert in valuations. The Analyst shall serve as the analytical and organizational anchor for the practice. Responsibilities are likely to be more entrepreneurial than at other firms, providing driven individuals with many opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and growing platform. We envision that the Valuations Analyst will be initially tasked with the following: •Preparing, completing, and ensuring the accuracy of financial models and sophisticated valuation analyses • Writing valuation reports and presentations • Coordinating recurring valuation projects with team members across multiple geographies • Interacting with clients and preparing deliverables • Maintaining proprietary valuation databases • Tracking the capital markets and analyzing any changes within the markets • Preparing marketing materials for meetings with potential clients • Supporting the senior members of the Valuations practice Qualifications: The Analyst position is extremely challenging, offers an excellent learning experience and provides a solid foundation upon which an individual can build a future business career.
