Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING AND IMPLEMENTING QUALITY AND RISK MANAGEMENT PLANS, ENSURING COMPLIANCE, AND DRIVING CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES. YOU WILL ACT AS THE KEY POINT OF CONTACT FOR CLIENTS AND AUTHORITIES ON QRM-RELATED MATTERS WHILE PROVIDING TRAINING AND UPDATES TO PROJECT PERSONNEL.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and implementing quality and risk management plans.
  • Monitoring, coordinating, analysing, and following-up on quality cases & NCR’s.
  • Managing risk processes, including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
  • Developing and implementing audit and verification programs.
  • Facilitating lessons learned processes.
  • Coordinating and following up on improvement initiatives and incentive schemes to promote QRM matters in the project
  • Acting as the contact for the client and authorities on QRM-related matters.
  • Monitoring and reporting on quality, risk, A&V, and LL status
  • Providing regular updates and training to project personnel on QRM processes and tools
