Bambini Childcare Group delivers strong, play-based curriculums inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach. Our children enjoy beautiful indoor and outdoor play spaces and a range of extra-curricular activities including science, music, sports and art.

Our 128-place Hampton centre is seeking an experienced, Certificate III qualified Educator to join our village on a full-time basis across our 10 classrooms, caring for children aged 0–2 years.

About you

You will:

  • Bring demonstrated experience in a similar early learning environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills and relate effectively to children, staff, parents and the wider community.
  • Show a genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
  • Be motivated and driven, actively contributing to the program through detailed observations and documentation.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 6:00pm.

Your credentials

  • Certificate III in Children's Services (or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification); a Diploma is also welcome.
  • Sound knowledge of, and experience implementing, the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Completed Child Protection training.
  • Completed National Child Safety training (Foundations module).
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates.
