About the role We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Auditor to work for our team in Rhodes. In this role, you will play a key part in leading audit engagements and supporting our clients by delivering high-quality, insightful audit services. As an experienced member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our work. Key duties & Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead day-to- day fieldwork and conduct audit engagements from start to finish. Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions and exceptional client services with a focus on quality and responsiveness. Draft detailed audit reports and communicate findings to clients, along with actionable recommendations for improvement. Stay informed about changes in industry regulations and accounting standards to ensure audits meet compliance requirements. Proactively identify opportunities to improve audit processes and methodologies. Support the development and implementation of best practices to enhance organizational compliance and efficiency. Work seamlessly with other service lines and practice areas to offer comprehensive services. Uphold the highest standards of business ethics in all activities. Ensure all work is accurate, thorough, and completed to the highest professional standards. Participate in professional development and training opportunities to stay updated with auditing practices and regulations. Occasional visits to our office in Rhodes may be required. Visit frequency and timing will be agreed collaboratively and with flexibility upon hiring. What you bring We are looking for a professional who aligns with our values and has the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications Experience: At least three (3) years of solid experience in audit, preferably in a professional services environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Auditing, Risk Management, or a related field. Qualifications: Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, JES, SOEL) completed or in progress. Audit Expertise: Ability to execute and manage multiple audit engagements, assess risks, and evaluate internal controls. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with audit tools is a plus. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal. Personal Attributes Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. Communication: Professional and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels. Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple client engagements and deliverables simultaneously. Adaptability: Flexible travelling and adjustment to different client environments and documentation requirements. Problem-Solving: Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness in identifying issues and implementing practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
