Responsibilities Consult with customers to assess their vehicle detailing needs and provide expert recommendations. Coordinate and schedule detailing services to ensure a timely and efficient workflow. Inspect vehicles pre- and post-detailing to ensure service quality meets company standards. Maintain detailed records of customer preferences, services performed, and follow-up communications. Train and supervise detailing staff to uphold quality control and operational procedures. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution. Monitor inventory levels of detailing supplies and collaborate with procurement for timely replenishment. Stay current with industry trends, new products, and detailing techniques to continuously improve service offerings. Requirements Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive detailing or a related advisory role. Strong knowledge of vehicle surfaces, cleaning products, and detailing equipment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Proficient in using scheduling software and maintaining accurate service records. Capable of training and supervising personnel to enhance team performance. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
