Description Position Summary Kunes Auto Group is hiring an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to support our Hyundai service operation in Quincy, IL. This role is ideal for a proven advisor who understands how to balance customer experience, service sales, and operational efficiency. You will be the primary point of contact between customers and technicians—writing accurate repair orders, recommending maintenance based on OEM guidelines, and driving customer satisfaction and revenue.
