Description Join Our Team at Tulley Automotive Group! Tulley Automotive Group is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our busy BMW parts department. This is a Tuesday - Saturday Schedule. If you have experience working in a dealership, independent repair facility, stand-alone parts store, heavy equipment, powersports, or small engine environment, we would like to speak with you. This position plays a key role in supporting both our service technicians and retail/wholesale customers by providing accurate parts lookups, maintaining inventory flow, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities Assist service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts needs Accurately identify and source OEM parts and accessories Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and receiving Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members Help ensure efficient workflow within a high-volume parts department Requirements Previous automotive parts experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems and terminology BMW experience is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and professionalism Dealertrack software experience is helpful Tulley Advantage: Competitive Compensation; Paid Time Off: Vacation Time | Personal Time | Holiday Time 401(k) plan with dealer contribution; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident Disability Coverage: Short Term & Long Term Voluntary Life and AD&D Coverage; Employer Paid Life Insurance Policy.
