Description

Become part of a strong service team at one of San Diego’s largest and most respected group of dealerships, which services Dalton Toyota, Dalton Subaru, and Dalton Hyundai in National City. This is a great opportunity to work with an industry leader known for its friendly and welcoming environment, exceptional customer service, and large and loyal customer base. We are looking for experienced service advisors/consultants who are enthusiastic, honest, hard-working, organized, committed to great customer service, and want to be a top earner in their field. Our Service Advisors’ annual gross wages commonly range between $72,000 and $144,000 and if you have the skills, as many of our service advisors do, you could make as much as $14,000 a month!
Pay: $8,000-$14,000 per month (base + commission)

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and create a welcoming and friendly environment
  • Perform a walk around of the customers vehicle with the customer
  • Update Customer Information
  • Work with the customer to evaluate their service needs, review past service history, and make recommendations for repairs
  • Check for open Recalls
  • Keep customers informed.
  • Instill confidence in the customer by completing accurate estimates for parts and labor
  • Partner with service technicians to ensure work is completed and done on time
  • Build trust in customers by checking up on repairs, explaining completed work, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Continue to develop your skills through training and experience and take your career to new heights!
