QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outgoing personality with superior communication and customer service skills.
• Proven experience in a service department, with expertise in servicing all makes and models.
• Ability to prepare routine reports, correspondence, and negotiate resolutions to customer issues.
• Familiarity with dealership computer systems and strong general computer proficiency.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and technical terminology.
• High school diploma or GED required; graduation from a technical program preferred.
• Effective public speaking skills for one-on-one or group interactions.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
