Requirements Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability concerns Complete maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer specifications Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues efficiently Clearly document all work performed and recommended repairs on repair orders Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all dealership, factory, and safety standards Qualifications: Proven experience as an automotive technician (dealership experience preferred) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ASE certifications and/or Mazda certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Own tools required What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience and production Consistent workflow in a growing, high-opportunity service department Opportunities for advancement and ongoing factory training Supportive, team-oriented work environment Mazda of Fort Walton Beach is committed to providing top-tier service to our customers and a workplace where technicians feel comfortable, supported, and set up for success.
