OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar/Restaurant Manager to lead our bar & restaurant teams and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for food and beverage service. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to manage a busy bar environment effectively.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants or hotels
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential
  • Familiarity with barista skills is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on developing team members’ skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen environment
  • Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the bar & restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Train, supervise, and motivate bar/restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and implement creative drink menus that enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
