Duties:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
- Assist with food production and preparation, if required
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with other bar staff and team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending or working in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Please note that this position may also involve assisting the manager with various tasks related to bar operations, such as inventory management, scheduling, or training new staff members.
