REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in bartending or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
  • Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding the menu.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices to ensure guest safety.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills when processing payments.
