At Caffe Cherry Beans Taigum, we’re a busy brunch café known for Korean-inspired dishes and consistent daytime trade. We’re hiring a barista who cares about both cup quality and guest experience.

What you’ll love

• Day shifts only (7am–4pm) — no nights, no late closes
• Consistent roster (approx. 20–25 hrs/week, negotiable)
• Award or above pay, penalties & super fully compliant
• Growth path toward Head Barista / Shift Lead
• Shift drinks, staff tastings, supportive owner-operator team

You bring

• Solid dial-in & extraction skills on commercial machines
• Speed + accuracy during peak, warm service mindset
• Basic latte art; high standards in cleanliness & hygiene
• Weekend availability (min 1 day); valid working rights

• Dial-in, recipe consistency, milk texturing & latte art
• Customer service, POS, bar upkeep & closing routines
• Light prep and smooth handoffs with the floor/kitchen
