Serving up Single O on a set up with 2 anfims, a La Marzocco PB 3 group, fetco & EK grinder.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Experienced Barista at Frankie & George, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality coffee to our guests. This role demands an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, has a strong understanding of dialling in, and possesses a genuine interest in the coffee industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting excellent coffee and the ability to maintain consistency during peak times.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume, specialty coffee environment.
• Strong skills in dialling in espresso machines and a solid understanding of coffee extraction.
• Ability to maintain composure and deliver consistent quality under pressure.
• Keen interest in the coffee industry, with a desire to learn and grow within the field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Coffee Preparation:
• Expertly prepare and serve coffee, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
• Confidently dial in espresso machines, ensuring optimal extraction and flavour profiles throughout the day.
• Manage and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders and espresso machines.
