• Maintaining, improving, and creating coffee recipes weekly.
• Ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and preparation time.
• Using all your senses to deliver the perfect cup every time.
• Managing stock and ordering supplies.
• Keeping your workspace, equipment, and tools clean and well-maintained.
