REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barman in a high-volume or boutique bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, beers, and barista-level coffee (a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, well-presented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage guests with professionalism and charm.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor and restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Create and suggest drink specials and signature cocktails in collaboration with management.
• Support fellow team members during busy shifts and foster a positive team environment.
• Prevent loss through careful stock handling and reporting any discrepancies.
