WHAT YOU WILL DO Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest engagement Learn menu offerings and confidently make recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Complete opening, running, and closing side work Support servers and fellow bartenders during busy shifts Follow all responsible alcohol service standards WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant required Strong cocktail, wine, and beer knowledge preferred Hospitality-focused personality Team-player mentality Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS Full flexibility strongly preferred Weekend availability is required Day, evening, and holiday availability may be required WHY JOIN HOWELL'S?
